We were extremely pleased to have Tony as our realtor for selling my parent's house. Tony advised and gave excellent suggestions with remodeling the entire house including the kitchen, bathrooms, foyer, full basement and other home improvements including a new porch. He made excellent suggestions on color schemes and types of tile for the kitchen and bathrooms, but never made us feel pressured. His suggestions transformed my childhood home into a beautiful modern home ready to be loved again. He always made himself available and would check on the progress of renovations on a weekly bases and keep us informed. Had an inspection at one of Tony’s listings in Elkton. Mrs Sharon brooks was present at the home inspection from Tony’s team. It was a 105 degrees out and our guys were performing a septic inspection in the heat. Mrs Sharon ran out to the store and grabbed a bunch of waters for us and persistently checked to make sure our guys weren’t over heating and we’re hydrated. My wife and I were first time home buyers- from the moment we met Tony to the day of our settlement, he has made us feel like we were his only customer. Given his background in construction, Tony was also able to provide us with insight about the integrity of a house and guide us through any decisions we made. His team and him were available for what seemed to be all 24-hours of the day for anything we needed (and trust me, we had a lot of questions!). At the start of the house selling project I was a neophyte and a complete nervous wreck. I knew nothing and was afraid that every decision that I made was going to be wrong. Into my life stepped Tony and his team. I was guided every inch of the way. I was never made to feel as if I should know all of the answers. Even though I was so stressed out and afraid that I was going to make a mistake that I could hardly remember how to turn on my phone, they were kind and patient.

Tony sold two of our properties in South Baltimore. Tall order to say the least. He put exhaustive efforts into these sales. I bet that if he calculates his time and effort compared to his commission he may have lost money!! But that is not of concern to him. He had one objective - to get the properties sold. And he did. Working through and negotiating against some extraordinary circumstances specific to the properties. Outstanding job to say the least. Then at settlement for the second property the buyer's bank had to fix line items on the settlement statement which delayed the wire/funding for several hours - Tony made certain the funds would be issued and actually sat with us the entire time until the check was cut and handed over. Tony is on top of his game. Timely and meticulous follow up. Always keeps you updated and knows the answers to pertinent questions as they arise. Love working with he and his team. Top shelf.

The Tony Migliaccio Team is without a doubt the best in the business. Tony and his team have worked with us for the selling of are previous home and the purchase of are new home. Most recently, he facilitated the purchase of an investment property for us and are partners. Tony always tells it like it is. If he feels a property is hiding something or feels like it is over priced he will tell us in his professional opinion, that he would think twice before purchasing. Tony has never let us rush into something we might regret just to get a sales commission. When I was dealing with the underwriters, they had me on the phone for an our and a half trying to fix something on my credit report. They were unable to remedy the situation. I called Tony and he called his team of ninjas in his command center and in 5 minutes I was emailed the document I needed and had the situation resolved. One member of the team Sharon, was extremely helpful throughout the process. She would meet with us to go out and view dozens of properties. Once the house was chosen she coordinated with the agent so that we could view the property numerous times so that we could begin the process of opening are new business. Thanks you all for making this buying experience so easy.

Tony MiG is absolutely the best realtor in the businesses. My family had used another realtor exclusively but my partner suggested I try Tony when I was selling my house. I met with him in the summer of 2020. I was pretty anxious about selling my house and all that it entailed. The first time I met Tony he put me at ease. He said he would take care of everything and he did. He took photos of my house and then sent me all the things I needed to do to get the house ready. He told me what colors to paint the house, what kind of flooring to put in - and he was spot on. He hooked me up with people to do my upgrades and repairs who were professional and fair. He quoted me a sales range for my house in the summer which was competitively priced to sell. It took a while to get the house ready but Tony stayed in touch with me the whole way. I finally listed in November and here is the best part - my house sold in less than 1 day and for $3000 more than I asked for. At the end of the day I ended up getting $15,000 more for my house than Tony originally quoted in the summer. None of this would’ve happened without his expert guidance. Closing was a breeze because Tony guided me through it. The best part he just sent me an email reminder with my closing for tax purposes. So do yourself a favor and Give Tony MiG a call. You may see him on billboards. You may know his name because he has done this for a long time. What you won’t know is that he is accessible and down to earth which is a far cry from my original assumption about him. Tony is the best.

My husband and I have been involved with Mr. Migliaccio twice in the last 7 years. Initially we purchased a house from Mr. Migliaccio and the owners he was representing. We were so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge that when we recently decided to sell we sought him out to represent us.He was there to guide us step by step with readying the home and showing it to potential buyers. However I felt most grateful for his assistance and guidance during the contract negotiations, inspections and definitely at closing. During each step of the process Mr. Migliaccio made sure all our documentation was pulled together in a timely manner and there were no hicupps on our end when it came to closing on the homes.
I truly believe that when attempting to sell a home on the open market that you need a real estate agent to represent your best interest. The fee maybe somewhat higher that the one or two percent sellers that is advertised. However what you receive in guidance with home inspections, contracts, mortgages companies and other realtors is well worth the cost. And Working with Mr. Migliaccio and his team made two major events in our life come together without undue stress.
