Tony Schulte has been an avid outdoors person most of his life. With his family farm situated at the confluence of the Mississippi River Bottoms, in one of the most prestigious duck club areas in the Mississippi flyway, He has been afforded an abundance of hunting opportunities. After graduating high school, he headed to Southeast Missouri State where he soon became the President of the Duck's Unlimited Chapter there at the University. Following graduation, he returned home and, along his journey, settled into a position as a Project Manager with Schneider Electric. With his obsession, passion and interest in land and wildlife continuing to flourish, he was blessed with the opportunity to become a sales agent for Racks and Tracts.
With an office located in Lincoln County, Missouri, Racks & Tracts opened for business in January 2013. Combining 16+ years of real estate experience, it has established an extraordinary group of long-standing clients (from all over the US) with a listing inventory stretching from South Central Missouri all the way to the Iowa border (both East and West). In addition, we are working on obtaining licensing in both Iowa and Illinois.
While there are numerous cookie-cutter real estate companies out there who "dabble" in a little bit of everything, Racks and Tracts is targeting a clientele aimed at purchasing investment properties (large tillable farms with a nice yearly return) & those who are looking to "get back to the basics" - whether through a passion for hunting or simply a love for the outdoors.
