We visited many houses to find the best one that would suit our needs and our family.

One day, we called to schedule a showing on a Sunday afternoon. That day, Tony himself came to see us and listen to our situation. We were disappointed because so much time had passed, and we felt like getting our first home was getting further and further away. We had spent three months searching and trying to get a loan. Dicho y echo a los dos meses cerramos el negocio y compramos nuestra primera casa. Un equipo increíble el de TONY, muy atentos a la hora que fuera nos contestaba. Muy amables y siempre dispuestos a dar todo de ellos para lograr lo imposible. Hoy después de 2 meses lo hicimos realidad. Hoy tenemos un techo propio gracias a todo ese excelente equipo que nos guió en cada paso y con su gran experiencia nos hizo realidad nuestros sueños.

Tony V is very educated professional we had 2 years working with different realtors from different companies no one was able to help us they would close doors on us we finally gave up on the house hunt we lost hope ! one day my husband herd tony on the radio and said call him short story short I didn't want to and I finally did Tony helped up get pre approve the same day and took us out on showings the next day it was amazing in less then two month he worked his magic and help us find our dream house just like how we wanted it in less then two months!!! Tony’s team really came to my rescue after going through 2 other realty teams and their lenders for 6months. Forum Properties partnered with Homespire Mortgage really got the ball rolling and Caleb really got all my ducks in a row. So when the day came to submit to the bank, we had no horrific tale scenarios (compared to other stories I’ve heard of).

As a first time home buyer, I needed both hands held and this team really did that and the best part is, it felt like they were happy to do it. Abraham did a good job at ensuring we got into the properties that I loved in a timely manner, especially because the market is so hot right now, it’s easily discouraging to tackle by yourself.
