I can't imagine getting through all of our Northern VA real estate transactions without the support of Tonya. She started with us way back when we were looking find an affordable apartment to rent. When we were ready to buy, we went back to her because of our great experience. She helped us through all the ins and outs of buying our first home and we were always amazed at how responsive she was and invested in our issues, and patience with all our questions. A few years later, we found our dream home without even shopping for it and we knew we wanted Tonya to represent us as buyers and to help us sell our first house quickly. A few years later when someone else fell in love with the same house and gave us a great offer off-market, we brought Tonya in to make sure that it was all in order, and I am glad that we had someone we could trust to make sure that a deal that looked possibly too-good-to-be-true was real.
