Tonya has been the perfect Realty person for first time buyers. Tonya knows all the in, and out of selling and buying a home. She was very knowledgeable, and made the seller and buyer feel good and positive about the process. She was there every minute when needed answered all the question, She knew all the concerns of a buyer, and with this day and age you have to be right on top of it. Tonya smiled and said saying “This is your home now”.
I would definitely buy from her again. She kept the Parents of the first time buyers all up to what was going on.

I seriously cannot recommend Tonya enough as a real estate agent. I am blown away by her knowledge, skill, responsiveness, patience, and kindness. She helped my husband and I secure our home in Olympia a few years ago, and recently assisted my in-laws with theirs. Tonya is amazing!! This was the 2nd time we worked with her on the purchase of a new home and the sale of our home. Tonya always makes herself available when we have questions, and my last minute requests to see a house on the fly. If you need to buy or sell a home, especially in Thurston county area, there is no better person than Tonya. I happen to know her through my sister but nonetheless she is the most professional, best agent you’ll find down here. Just look at all her great reviews and make note of how many homes she sells and is responsible for listing. I know there are a lot of agents and agencies in this area but don’t make the mistake and choose someone else, you’ll lose out big time.

Tonya has been so very helpful since the beginning of us meeting her. She helped us tremendously researching and digging deep on the property since everything wasn’t clear with obstacles that it had. Tonya was determined to find every flaw so that we knew what we were getting ourselves into! She researched the property inside as out as well as making calls to the county. I’m so glad she was very knowledgeable since this whole process was new to me. She educated me so much! Tonya took the extra step...multiple extra steps to make our dreams happen. Tonya Hanaway knows just what to do to sell a house. She was readily available when we had questions and she guided us expertly through all of the paperwork and processes.

She knew just how to show off a nearly 60 year old house that needed some updates and just plain spiffing up. She had us pull up ancient carpeting to reveal a lovely oak floor and arranged outdoor furniture to highlight the property's "hidden garden." She even painted a garage door herself. That's dedication! Soon it was no longer an aging rambler. It was a home waiting for someone to make it their own. It sold in two days.

And yes, I highly recommend her!
