Buying or selling a house is an exciting and sometimes stressful time. Hi, my name is Tonya and as a recent first-time home buyer myself, I understand the excitement and the anxiety which can come with the process. A born and raised Wisconsinite, I grew up in rural central WI just outside of Plainfield and have lived across central WI from Oshkosh to the La Crosse area. I decided to come back to my roots in the Wisconsin Rapids area and in the last three years I’ve bought my first house, sold my first house, went from a family of two to a family of six and just put the finishing touches on our first house remodel. That excitement and rapid change is what motivates me to make the house buying and selling process as easy and enjoyable as possible for you. Currently, my boyfriend and I live in Plainfield with our combined family of three daughters, three dogs, and three cats.
