Wasn't looking to buy a home but due to my father needing care, I decide to buy a home but wanting an area or living quarters for him. I wanted my father to still feel independent. I spoke with Tonya and in 3 days she showed me pics of the house and 2 days later, we were walking thru the house. She did the negotiation, and less than a month we were purchasing a home and 11 acres.
