I love working with Tonya. She was a great help when I was a first time home buyer in pointing things out that I otherwise would have completely overlooked. I recently closed on a second home with Tonya and although it took over a year to find the perfect home within our budget, she never once pressured us in any way. Very easy going personality and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Very quick to respond to messsges/questions and she is on top of things when it comes to showings as well. I highly recommend Tonya for any of your real-estate needs. She is awesome.

Her daughter Aubrey followed in her mom's footsteps as a realtor and she is equally as awesome. 👌🏻 She is always willing to step in and meet up for showings or answer questions if Tonya is unavailable and is very knowledgeable as well.

I found Tonya while I was searching for another realtor, my spirited and God lead me to her, and my God was correct about her. Tonya means business everything we ask for and house hunting she nailed everything inch and more of what we ask within the search of our first home. When a house hit the market we call her and say we want to see this house that house she’s said ok that’s no problem she’s on it with then second she’s like ok it’s booked any other you want to see, man she be on it I love it. She all so will walk around the home and give her input on the house and whatever she’s see anything wrong with it she’s will point it out. She’s sweet, she communicates very well, and she’s a great realtor and I cannot leave out her daughter she was amazing if Toyan can not be there her daughter will step in and fill her mother spot. We met her when we were looking for property in the area. She help us with that first deal and has since helped us with another home in the area as well as help my daughter purchase her first home.

I cannot say enough about her. She will always have your best interest in mind when helping you with your deal. She will be responsive to all of your questions and stays on top of the inspectors, lenders, and underwriters to make sure everything stays on track.
