We interviewed several agents when we were beginning our home search. Tonya was the only one that sat down and talked to us like were old friends . She listened to all we had to say and she shed light on some options that we were not aware of. We were pre qualified with a lender , however, after looking at our info, she reached out to a lender she works very closely with and he was able to get us a much better loan option.
Tonya was amazing at helping us find our home, she didn't just spam our email with every house that came up. She took the time to filter ones that she knew were not what we were looking for. After a few days of viewing homes, we decided to re evaluate our wants and needs and Tonya set out new search requirements. In minutes we had several new prospects to look at. She immediately set up showings for all of them and we fell in love with our home shortly after viewing . With tonyas help and guidance, we were able to place our successful offer within hours of seeing the home.
One and a half years later, and she is still available any time of day to help provide any info and guidance we may need as first time home buyers...
I truly believe Tonya is one in a million , and cares more about her clients than she does the dollar!!
I doubt very highly that we will ever be in need of her again, but I hope to suggest her to anyone and everyone I know that is looking for a home. She is too notch and super amazing..

My wife and I contacted Tonya to sell our home and find our new home for us. She is very responsive and professional with all the questions we had. The house we wound up buying wasn’t scheduled to be viewed by us, but when we didn’t like the others we saw Tonya jumped on it to make sure we could see it within 20 mins. From start to finish the process was smooth thanks to her expertise and I will forever recommend her to friends and family.

I was moving in from out of town without any real knowledge of the area. Tonya was patient and worked with me to learn first what type of area I was looking for and ultimately to find the perfect home that suited my needs.
