Lorie and Sandy are highly respected and admired Realtors. At the core of their success is their commitment to always protecting their clients’ best interests above all else. Lorie and Sandy were recruited to open the Coldwell Banker Realty office in Burlington in 2019 and are the co-founders of Top Home Team and TopHomeSearchMA.com. Due to their outstanding performance, they have earned numerous industry awards over the years. In 2024 Lorie and Sandy earned the International President’s Elite Team designation.

They are part of a specially trained Top Producer group and have earned multiple certifications and expert designations, including Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). They are also proud members of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Women Council of Realtors, and Residential Real Estate Council (RRC).

Lorie’s holds a degree in Marketing from Syracuse University, her Master’s degree in Photography is from the San Francisco Art Institute and she also has her Paralegal degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Sandy holds a degree in Business Administration. Prior to her real estate career, she worked for many years in the corporate sector in the areas of contracts, sales and customer support.
