Even though we have not yet purchased a home from Torri. Through the years she has been a wonderful resource. Giving us her contacts and referrals for our new roof and renovations that we have needed on our older home. We have found her very knowledgeable about the community and always willing to help us. In her profession and personally with excellent values treating others with kindness and being an altruistic person. She will definitely be the first one we will call if or when we sell our home.

To start, I just want to say that our experience working with Torri Fosteer was FANTASTIC. She was professional, helpful, took the time to educate us every step of the way, and went above and beyond during the whole process. Seriously, ABOVE AND BEYOND. Prior to listing our house, she gave suggestions on a few things to do that would help speed up the sale and/or increase the home value, and that helped give us an idea of what most people want to see. And when things got down to the wire, she literally helped us do paint touch ups throughout the night before the house was staged and photos were taken. We could truly go on and on, but the bottom line is that as far as we’re concerned, Torri is the best agent out there!

Torri helped us sell our home, and let me just say she has the Midas touch. During our first sit-down with Torri, we were impressed. We did some updates prior to the sale, and she recommended staging to really set it off. Boy, what a world of difference staging made! Torri brought over flowers to add to the curb appeal, and combined with staging, the home we’d lived in and loved for over 30 years transformed overnight into a million dollar home as far as we were concerned. It looked incredible and we got several offers, one over asking price, in 1 day! We were thrilled and Torri helped guide us through the whole process all the way to closing because we’d never sold a home before. She was always just a phone call away if we had questions and she checked in with us regularly to provide updates. We are so happy that we worked with Torri and recommend her to everyone. She is the BEST!

After finding water damage in our kitchen and learning the insurance would only replace the floor, my husband and I were stumped. We had no idea what kind of floor would make our beloved oak cabinets & countertops look fresh again. Everything we picked out was basically the same as what we had before. My husband and I had finally reached an impasse with nothing that appealed to both of us, until Torri came in like a knight with shining samples! She listened to our list of likes and dislikes and got to work. When Torri returned she had several samples of flooring in varies textures and colors beyond what we would have ever considered! Who knew you could make oak cabinets come alive again? Our kitchen had been completely rejuvenated bringing forth vibrant hues previously hidden. We love it!

Immediately after I asked Tori to sell our house, she went to work. She walked us through all the paperwork, explained every step of the process and if she didn’t know an answer to your question, she got the answer from one of her sources. I know her to be honest and fair. You will almost certainly become friends after the experience.
