Working with Toyin was a seamless process. When I called him about the house he was there in 20 minutes to walk through. He knew the comps because he had sold the last 4 houses in the area. He knew the market to which the house would best sell and the buyers who would be interested. Once the contract was signed, the house was on the market the same day. He was able to adeptly advise on appropriate price points and appropriate strategy for selling the property for maximum value. The house was under contract within a few days and sold in a few weeks over asking price thanks to Toyin's specialized knowledge and experience.

The listing was listed at top value and we were able to accept an offer at our asking price before the home hit the market.

I met Toyin in 2012 when he helped my Dad with the purchase of his condominium. My Dad was so impressed with Toyin’s hard work and professionalism that he referred my older Brother to him in 2013. Toyin quickly found my older brother a new condominium to purchase and helped him sell his old condominium. Then it was my turn to be impressed, in 2018 Toyin helped my wife and I purchase our first home (condominium). He was so helpful and courteous, he took all the pressure away from being first time home purchasers/owners. Then in 2020 Toyin helped my family and I sell our family home in U-City which needed lots of work, Toyin was able to find investors to purchase the property which made life much easier for my family and I. Mr. Toyin Oduwole has to be one of the best realtors in the St. Louis metro area. I was referred to him by an online realtor service that advertises to connect clients exclusively with top real estate agents in their area. They did exactly that!

After meeting at the property on a Monday, he walked around, accessed the property, asked a few questions and got a feel for what I wanted to get done. He told me he felt he could have the house sold within 30 days. THREE DAYS LATER, he calls me and said he found a buyer...YES.....WE MET MONDAY, HE HAD A DEAL READY BY THURSDAY!!!

The following Saturday I got a phone call from Toyin and he told me that he knew I had a good product and that he could get it sold and that is just what he did. Less then one week later my house was under contract. Toyin truly save the day he is an amazing realtor that is not afraid to work hard for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Toyin helped me with selling my 1st house. I selected Toyin as my realtor because he was professional, didn't ask for a long contract agreement and seemed to have a plan for getting this house sold quickly. We discussed goals for listing the property, within a week of it being listed we had an offer, for the asking price, that ultimately closed smoothly.
