We first met Tracee and Tammy when the showed us a house on a few hours notice. Tracee and Tammy had the daunting task of selling the home we were living in and finding our new home without us being displaced. Even when our first buyer backed out 10 days from closing they were able to grab the second offer and get them under contract. They performed flawlessly…we were able to get out of the home we lived in and into the home we bought on the same day. We love this professional competent expert team and highly recommend them…

Tracee was with us from start to finish very professional she knows her stuff. Went to homes and checked them out when we could not make the trip and did a video show for us. She went the extra mile to help find the right home for us and we appreciate everything that she did. If we sale later I would definitely be getting intouch of her. We also now have a friend.
