Tracey is awesome!!!! We attempted to sell our property on our own, and after dealing with shady investors, flakey buyers and loosing a couple contracted deals, we decided to contacted a realtor. Tracey came as a referral from a family member so we figured we would give her a shot to help with listing our property. Within the first day before we even officially listed the property she already had contacts that were interested in the property. A couple days later we were under contract and a few weeks after that we closed. Oh and by the way she got us $15k more than we thought we could get for the property!

Tracey and her team were amazing!! She was recommended to us by close friends, and they had such a good experience with her team we honestly didn't consider another realtor.

We just purchased our first home, and I don't think we would have survived this market without Tracey by our side. She made trips up and down the 95 corridor to show us homes from Stafford to Spotsylvania, and in the end, helped us beat out 14 other offers on our perfect home in Fredericksburg.

She was clear, communicative, and readily available for our questions as we navigated the home-buying process for the first time. Tracey was extremely respectful and professional, but was also candid and honest with us, which made the process that much easier.

Special shoutout to Becky, who stepped in when needed to make scheduling showings simple and straightforward. With her help behind the scenes, we were able to be quick and competitive with submitting an offer.

Overall, great experience. Definitely recommend!

I have to say that Tracey is the best!! She is very approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Our home sold in only 8 hours after going live on the internet. We had 3 walkthroughs and 2 offers with a contract ratified the next day. She has phenomenal advertising.
Selling our house ended up being the easy part. Once we had our contract we hit problem after problem through no fault of ours or Tracey’s. She was a bulldog in fighting for us to make the deal happen so we could get our dream home. She represented us as if she were fighting for her own home.

I give Tracey 5 stars but if I could I would give her 100.
