A Washington native, she has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across the Puget Sound region, from the Olympic Peninsula and inland to the Cascades. She serves the greater Seattle area from Bellevue south to Olympia and the surrounding area, and across the Narrows bridge into Gig Harbor and up to Poulsbo and beyond. Prior to joining the world of real estate, she spent several years working in the public accounting sector with Moss Adams LLP, the largest West Coast public accounting firm, followed by a season as a successful entrepreneur with an educational startup in the Bay Area, becoming an expert in current financial trends, local and national markets, and the subtle art of negotiating contracts.
She is a member of NAR, Women's Council of Real Estate South King County, and currently serve on the US board of Partners Relief & Development, a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to helping children at risk, as well as the Treasurer for Stadium NJROTC Mini-Booster Club. In addition to my non-profit work, she has served as a past Treasurer with Meeker Middle School PTA and am an active member with Stadium High Large Booster Club.
Along with her community service, she received a highly prestigious designation in 2010 when she was chosen for the Moss Adams Technical Excellence Award for Accounting Administration. This award is honored to individuals who exemplify success, skills, creativity, and leadership in corporate administration. While still at Moss Adams in 2013, her team and her were awarded the ENR Award of Merit for their Tenant Improvement project located in Albuquerque, NM, valued at more $1.5 million. In 2014, her lease negotiation and Project Management for their Phoenix office design / rebuild project garnered industry praise and was valued at $1.1 million.
