Tracey Hutchinson is a fantastic realtor! We first met Tracey in November of 2022, just after we got married and started the house-hunting journey as first-time homebuyers. Cut to a few years later, we are now excited to say we closed on our new home in April 2024. While this was a long process, it was not from a lack of effort on Tracey’s part. She worked with us every step of the way and never lost hope that we would find our perfect house.

As first-time home buyers, we were fairly new to the process and had lots of questions. Tracey helped us navigate things like: what to look out for at open houses, what components make a strong offer, what companies to reach out to for mortgages, and many more. She never made us feel like there were any bad questions and always explained the intricate details of the process. She constantly looked for houses for us and often sent us houses that we may have overlooked. She always kept our “wish list” in mind and noted something about the house that she liked for us. She has a fantastic eye for detail and we were always impressed with how she remembered what was important to us in a home.

We put in many offers and Tracey worked hard to ensure they were our best offer and completed in a timely manner.

Along with all of her extensive industry knowledge, Tracey also has an amazing, friendly personality. She was always kind and patient; never making us feel like we had to rush a decision or that she was trying to force us into a house. She would ask about our lives every time we saw her and genuinely cared about how we were doing.

We love the home that she helped us buy. We can not say enough about how great Tracey is and if you are looking for a house to call home, you should definitely give her a call.
