I can't express enough how grateful we are to have had Tracey as our real estate agent in this tough market! This is the second time that Tracey has helped us find the perfect home – the challenge this time around was that we were looking for our forever home in a very tight market. From the moment we started our home search, Tracey was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the local market trends. This is a process that can be monumentally stressful, but Tracey made it feel so easy. She was always super responsive to our questions, and explained things in very easy to understand terms (she even has step-by-step guides with what to do and expect for both buying and selling). Tracey made us aware of some financing options that we didn’t know about that helped us to be able to present a very competitive offer to sellers. When she found the home that we fell in love with, we were one of several offers. It was an agonizing weekend waiting to hear which offer would be selected, but Tracey stayed in frequent contact with us and the selling agent, doing everything she could to help us stay calm and confident. I think she was as excited as we were when ours was the offer that was accepted!
