The Lightfoot & Youngblood Team is the absolute BEST!

I highly recommend Judy Frost (note: we are not related). She helped us purchase our 2nd short term rental property in Branson during this super competitive market. She is highly professional, patient, and worked tirelessly with us to find exactly what we wanted within our budget. We put multiple offers in over several months, but Judy stayed the course with us. She strives to build strong relationships with her clients. Not only did we close on a property, we made a great friend!

We also worked with Joseph Long for our first STR property the year prior, and had a great experience with him as well!

The entire team at Lightfoot & Youngblood is the best in Branson, and their expertise in the short-term rental market is so valuable to us as investors. We live 400 miles away, and the process for both purchases we made were seamless. We were in great hands. They all rely on each other and their leadership to make sure all questions are answered, and client needs are met. It's a true team. There is something truly special about that!

The entire Lightfoot team has been so helpful. Heather, the best realtor I have ever dealt with, is so responsive and knowledgeable. When issues arise she immediately alerts you to them and then has suggested courses of action for you to consider. As an off-site owner, situations such as dealing with the local cable company, can be a big problem. Heather and her team respects that many of us are doing business from afar and help when they can with these local issues. Her local expertise is the best. And best of all, she is always calm.
