Tracey is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience across various facets of the industry. She began her career as a paralegal specializing in real estate law, working closely with attorneys representing buyers, sellers, major lending institutions, and title companies. In addition to her work in real estate, Tracey owns and operates Tracey Kupferberg Paralegal Services, LLC, providing specialized support for attorneys.
After obtaining her real estate license in 2013, she expanded her focus by blending her paralegal expertise with real estate brokerage, founding the Kupferberg Team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. This unique combination of experience allows her to effectively navigate complex real estate transactions and collaborate seamlessly with attorneys and other professionals involved in the process.
With extensive experience in new construction, Tracey was a member of the exclusive sales team for the $400 million luxury condo development at The Ritz-Carlton Residences in North Hills, New York. As a result of her stellar sales performance, Tracey was recognized with an award for Excellence in Real Estate by the Long Island Press Power Women in Business.
She also holds the additional accreditations of Associate Real Estate Broker, Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Member of Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), and NYS Certified Paralegal.
