Tracey Rich

As an Asheville native, Tracey has local knowledge in all of the diverse amenities our area offers and the evolution that WNC has undergone. She can help you make informed decisions when buying or selling real estate in Asheville, Candler, Fairview, Weaverville, Hendersonville, Mills River, Fletcher, Arden....basically any of the surrounding areas. Tracey graduated from Enka High School and then Western Carolina University where she earned a BSBA with a concentration in marketing. After college, Tracey began her business career as an Admissions Representative at South College and went on to teach Marketing Education at Tuscola High School in the Haywood County school system. Her marketing background then led her to hold various sales and marketing positions in the WNC area. She uses this experience to help her clients navigate education decisions when relocating to this area.

In 2006, her husband's job transfer led them to spend a year in Hickory, NC, and while there she earned her NC real estate license and began her real estate career. Upon returning to Asheville, she was able to really focus on her real estate career, embracing the opportunity to share the Asheville story and lifestyle with others. Her husband owns his own building company, which has given her the added ability to gain expertise in new construction and the value of renovations. Tracey is a savvy businessperson who builds strong personal connections with people. She is an authentic, socially conscious realtor who strives to make each transaction as seamless as possible for her clients.

As well as being a wife to her husband Tom, she is a mother to two beautiful boys. Family is very important to Tracey. She enjoys volunteering in the Henderson County schools where her sons attend. She lives in a small community with wonderful neighbors and friends and most days you will find her outside with her family and Boykin Spaniel, Bo. She grows her own vegetables for her family and enjoys tending to her landscaping in the yard. Tracey can be found cheering on the sidelines of the lacrosse games whenever her sons are playing.

She enjoys traveling in her free time and especially camping at Lake James. Tracey is also a Certified Yoga Teacher and has taught yoga in WNC. However, entertaining and celebrating everyday life with friends and family is her favorite pastime.
