Tracey is amazing to work with! After taking a new job and deciding to relocate, finding the right home was a challenge for us both. Her continued support and positivity kept me motivated when weeks became months. Perseverance is key, and I eventually found a house that checked all the boxes. Tracey provided a wonderful buying experience, from making sure I understood all of the documents included in the purchase to going over the home inspection line by line. Working with Tracey made selling our home so much easier and definitely less stressful. We didn't know where to begin when it came to selling our older home and Tracey was there every step of the way. We had some storm damage and since several homes in our area and surrounding area had been effected by a deadly Tornado, it took several months to find a contractor available. Tracey helped us find the contractor and worked with them directly relieving a lot of stress for us! She was there for us on weekends and late nights always helping us along the way. Tracey knew the market, our homes value and we were more then happy with the results! We had 19 showings and under contract within 48 hours. If you are thinking about selling your home, Tracey is the one to make it happen as stress free as possible!

Tracey is the best! She helped us find our new home and had our previous home under contract within a week. I don't know if you could find someone to work harder for you. She constantly kept us up to date on the process and was always available if we needed to reach out to her. We ran into a few wrinkles along the way, but Tracey was always there to iron them out and keep the process moving forward. I would refer Tracey to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their house. Though I can have a high temper for unreasonable offers on our home, Tracey was able to keep me at bay. She worked really hard to ensure that we were talking care of and that our home was being seen by as many people as possible. She was always Checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. She even volunteered her husband to come help us move.

We lost our house in the December 10th tornado, and we didn’t know where to begin with finding a new home. We thought of buying a manufactured home, or even building a new home. Those ideas fell through the wayside. Then, we decided to just buy a house somewhere else. The first home we looked at was a home from Keller Williams, and Tracey Shifflett was the agent. When me and my family first met Tracey, she was very knowledgeable, kind, and just simply felt like family. We turned down the house, but kept Tracey. Tracey went with us on every house we looked at until we found our new home. I want you to know that there nothing better than Tracey Shifflett in your corner. Anytime in texted her, called her, or messaged her, she was always right there. After hours and even weekends. We had listed the estate for sale by owner. It was on Zillow for months. Tracey calls and asks if she may represent an interested family. The conversation was so kind and personal we knew we wanted her to represent us also! She worked so hard on behalf of all to ensure success. The home our mom and dad built that we all grew up in that hosted so many family and school parties, anniversaries, graduations and reunions will now continue forward with the new family.
