About Tracey

I started guiding clients through the listing, selling process starting in August 1990 in the Palm Springs Area. I started working with RE/MAX in 1995, I have been able to secure a group of vendors (lender's, service people etc.) to make clients transactions easier during and after they close. Many of my clients have become friends for life. I have also been able to handle some not so easy transactions with my problem solving skills, enabling me to guide clients and help them obtain their dreams. I have received recognition from RE/MAX over the years for Executive Club, 100% Club for outstanding marketing and sales ability. I have also a Hall of Fame award through RE/MAX for having sold more properties than some companies and for my superior sales and marketing skills. For these reasons I believe I have the ability to handle what ever situation arises during a transaction and that will need to be handled or taken care of to have a successful closing. Besides being able to help my local clients I am also Canadian so I have been able to specialize and help many of my Canadian clients with having financing sources, tax accountants who specialize in dealing with their unique needs, so they can retain as much of their withholding monies as possible at closing. I am also the mother of several children adopted from adverse situations over the years ranging in ages from 3 to 32 and a grandmother of 2 grand children. I enjoy entertaining, Zumba, cooking, family time, decorating and travelling. I have been able to integrate my real estate career with my family life for a very active and fulfilling life, I look forward to meeting with you and helping you with your dreams. I truly believe that experience makes the difference when you have a challenging situation in a transaction and knowing the most effective way to handle it with the least amount of stress makes all the difference.
