After 13+ years of vacationing in Sea Isle with our family, we decided to start seriously looking at properties. My wife and I worked with Tracey to sell our home in Avalon NJ and she did a great job in both getting it sold and in getting it ready for sale. In fact, she and her husband went so far as to lending us a large painting from their own home to finish off the staging of ours ... More importantly though, Tracey was very connected to the realtor base on the island and very knowledgeable of the available inventory and it's value. Those connections provided us an almost immediate audience of potential buyers and at the right price, in fact, a price higher than anticipated. We had multiple requests to tour the house within 24 hours and two full price offers as a result. Couldn't be happier with her effort and her results. A very good realtor and a really nice person to boot !!
