Working with Traci was a great experience! We used Traci and her husband, Anthony, as our buying real estate agents. They are an awesome team that compliment each other well. Traci is extremely professional and very kind. She is very analytical as well. We would ask a million and one questions about listings before we ever went to see them and she was ready to answer all our questions or get us the answers. At house showings, she would call agents and get answers to our questions right there on the spot. She was very easy to work with and extremely flexible during our relocation. Our process took over a year (due to the sale of our house at the old locations) but Traci stuck with us the entire time. She even shared our home we were selling to her own Facebook account. She always made herself available to us throughout the process, even after we went long periods of time without looking at house due to the lack of interest and showings on the house we were selling. Traci was great through the entire process. Once we got a home under contract, she continued to update us weekly and at every major checkpoint in the closing process. She gave sound advice and talked through all our options. She was patient with us as we navigated some of the frustrations of closing. She also took a genuine interest in us as people and cared about what we had going on in life. Having Traci as our realtor was the best decision for a buying agent we could have made! I would recommend her to anyone in the Nashville/Murfreesboro/Franklin/Mt Juliet/Lebanon area.

Where to even start. We are a family of 7, four kids ranging from toddler to college bound, my awesome partner and disabled parent relocating from Ohio to Tennessee, where school starts three weeks earlier than what we are used to! Frantic and nervous, Traci to the rescue! Traci was referred to us as “Tennessee homes sell themselves so realtors just sit back and let it happen, but not Traci, she treats it like a job and she works hard” and boy were we so lucky that Traci took us on as a last minute client! Traveling between the two states, Traci made time for us based on our schedule and even drove me to the local schools to check out! She was knowledgeable of the area and really understood our needs. We found our home and Traci walked us through the entire process, remote! And it doesn’t stop there! She handled our walk through with photos and videos! She organized the deep cleaning and checked on our home until we were able to get to to Tennessee full time, which was a couple weeks! Absolutely blown away at how fortunate we were to find Traci and have this amazing experience. Thank you for everything!
