About Traci
Traci began her career as a loan officer for a large Detroit mortgage corporation - later making the leap to becoming Partner with a high-end Birmingham, Michigan design/build firm. Traci has worked as an interior selection’s designer and home stager on such noteworthy projects as The Willits and the 180 Pierce Building, both iconic Birmingham residential real estate anchors.
"I've been in real estate my whole life. Growing up, my father was a builder, earning his living designing and building homes for others, our family included - having moved four times during my childhood, I can truly relate to my client’s emotional transition, whether buying or selling. A real estate transaction cannot be handled or viewed as a simple sale. Whatever the unique circumstance: divorce, the birth of a child, a promotion or job loss, having compassion is a must in this business. People’s lives are invested. I measure my success on my ability to make my clients happy, not my commission checks." - Traci Martin
Leveraging her experience as a successful businesswoman, Traci is known for her hard work, outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, cutting edge marketing strategies and as a skilled negotiator. Traci is a firm believer in giving back and particularly passionate about animal rescue. In 2009 she formed a group that organized the rescue of over four hundred badly abused and neglected dogs from area puppy mills. After rehabilitating the animals, Traci's group placed all the dogs in homes with local Birmingham and Bloomfield families. She remains an active, contributing member of Realtors to the Rescue, which rescues animals from abandoned or foreclosed homes.
