I think what sets Traci and Ty of Premier Properties apart from other Real Estate Agencies is their construction company they also own. Ty was able to look at each home not only as a Realtor, but also a GC and tell us where we could improve the home. Once we chose a home, Ty's crews were able to come in and get started with the renovations right away. We did a lot of work on updating our home and Ty and his team were there every step of the way for us. We are so grateful for Traci and Ty and will most definitely be using them for all of our future real estate and construction needs!

This was the first time selling a home and I had a lot of questions, Traci & Ty Chivers answered all of them & helped me every step of the way. Two of the hardest working people in the business.
