Tracie Fogelson is a first-rate real estate agent and human being. I was an out-of-town buyer, and she helped me buy a hot property practically sight unseen. She helped me craft an offer to beat out 16 others. Even after I closed, she helped me find local contractors who could help with some improvements I wanted to make. If you're looking for an agent that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend using Tracie for your next listing or purchase.

Update: three years later, I needed to sell my home in Rochester for a new job opportunity. Tracie is just as good on the list side. My property was on the unique side and difficult to comp. But her deep knowledge of the area and the market led to a price recommendation that turned out to be spot on. My home went under contract in three days. She "caught" the key items that made our home and site a paradise and knew that we needed to market it in such a way! Tracie Fogelson assisted us in buying our home (2014) and later selling it 7 years later (2021). Tracie was extremely prepared prior to every meeting. For example, at our first selling meeting, she already had comparables and gave us helpful instructions on staging our home. Fortunately, due to Tracie’s connections, she sold our home to a fellow realtor’s clients before it was even listed! Tracie was very responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls. She also has a lot of local contractor connections which was helpful after the inspection. Overall, Tracie was one of the most professional, responsive, and well-prepared realtors I have worked with.
