Tracy was fantastic to work with. From the first time I spoke to him, I could tell he was straightforward and easy to communicate with. I greatly appreciated that whenever I needed information about our home sale, I could call and speak directly with Tracy. On the rare occasion he did not answer the phone right away, he returned my call within an hour. He went out of his way to make this process smooth for us, visiting our home prior to showings to personally make sure everything was in order. I have worked with several realtors in two states for the sale and purchase of 5 properties, and Tracy has by far been the most enjoyable and straightforward to work with. I wish he worked in the state we lived in now to keep having him help us! If you are looking for someone who truly feels on your side during this confusing and sometimes frustrating process, Tracy is the clear choice.

If you are buying or selling a home in the Iowa City/Coralville area, I highly recommend Tracy Adams and Brittany Kramme. They made the process (listing, staging, showing, negotiating, etc.) move smoothly and were available whenever they were needed. Both buying and selling can be a challenge, so do yourself a favor and reach out to Tracy and Brittany.

Having known Tracy for a number of years, I can say it's always been a good experience working around and with him. Even though he's with another company and I'm also a real estate agent I would be happy to work a deal alongside Tracy at any time. Keep up the good work T!

When my wife and I were looking to purchase our new home, we were very intimidated. Tracy was referred to us as someone who was caring and easy to work with. He was incredibly flexible as we walked through numerous houses until we found the right one. He even helped us find a great lender to get financing. I have recommended Tracy to several friends and they have had the same great experience my wife and I had.
