We first met Tracy in 2009 when we had to short sale our house at the peak of the recession due to a job loss. Tracy was responsive to all our needs. She helped us navigate the tons of paperwork for the short sale, them helped us find 1 rental after another due to the volatile real estate market at the time. Finally we were in a position to buy again and she worked tirelessly to find us a house that fit our budget and all our needs. She even found a house that ticked off most of our "it'd be nice ifs..." without us spelling them all out. All around a class act and totally there for her clients.
