We moved from Louisville Kentucky to Naperville IL after a last minute job offer. We had two weeks to find a place and no chance to visit IL ahead of the move. Tracy was AMAZING every step of the way. She went so far above and beyond anything we expected, every single day, that we were blown away. And we were searching for a rental, not buying.

An enormous amount of stress was removed from the process, entirely because of Tracy's efforts on our behalf.

She found us a fantastic townhome and stayed within our budget. We are incredibly happy with Tracy and with the results of our move. Especially considering that it was all done without us ever visiting a single home in person.

Tracy was the one of the best real estate agents I've ever worked with! We were seeing a home that she wasnt even supposed to be showing but was filling in for a coworker. We told her our story and she stayed with us through our whole process. She truly listened to our wants and needs. Not being from here she gave us tips about every area. She was very attentive and responsive. Use Baird and Warner and better yet ask for Tracy!!!

Tracy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She immediately started sending any rental listings within our specific criteria directly to my email, we had the option of saying yes, no, or maybe to the unit. If we said yes, Tracy would do all the work in finding out details such as pet rent, utilities info, and anything else we needed to know and she would even set up an appointment for viewing if everything matched our needs. With this process, Tracy was able to find us a great rental unit within our budget and in the location we requested very fast! On top of all that, Tracy walked us through the lease agreement and ensured that there were no gray areas in the documents that would allow the LL to take advantage of us. If we ever decide to leave this unit, we will no doubt be working with Tracy to find our next one.

Tracy was so incredibly helpful with the renting process. With this being my first time renting, I was quite thankful to have someone like Tracy help me and my roommate through the process. Had I done this by myself, I would have been dealing with a lot of confusion. Tracy is very reliable, responds quickly and always answers her phone. Tracy did a bang up job on our last transaction! As a Branch Manger/Owner of a mortgage company I found that Tracy is efficient, professional, tech savy, a great negotiator, always available and understands the numbers for finance.
