About Tracy
As a Real Estate Broker, I bring both heart and strategy to every transaction—whether you are buying or selling a home. My world revolves around my husband, Coby Farrow (we recently celebrated our 40th anniversary), my son, Caden, and the wonderful agents at Tracy Farrow Realty. The same care, commitment, and integrity I value in my family guide my service to my clients. When you become my client, you become part of my extended family.
I am honored and humbled to have received the Gold Award from the Reader's Choice Awards with the MRT for seven consecutive years (2019–2025). I was also named Best of the Best in 2023 and 2024. In addition, I have consistently ranked in the Top 1% of Realtors in the Permian Basin for over 12 years. These achievements truly reflect my amazing clients. Their trust and support are the reason for my success, and I never take that for granted. Every client matters, and I strive to serve each one with excellence. My motto is: "Always there for you!"
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Lubbock Christian University and spent 24 years teaching elementary school in Midland ISD and Greenwood ISD. My background in education plays a vital role in my real estate career. I take pride in educating my clients about the buying and selling process and effective marketing strategies. As the Broker/Owner, I also enjoy mentoring and educating the agents at my company. My goal is to make every real estate transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Because this is what I do every day, you can relax knowing you are in experienced and capable hands.
Giving back to my community is very important to me. I have served on the Board of Realtors and on the board of the nonprofit Mission Agape. I am also a local sponsor for the Alzheimer's Association for the ALZ Walk in memory of my father and grandmother. I am also invited to read to Elem. Students at GISD and I love reading to the children! Once a teacher, always a teacher!
I grew up in Midland and am proud to call myself a Native Midlander. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic and Christian values, for which I am deeply grateful. I attended Henderson, Fannin, South, and Pease Elementary Schools, followed by Goddard Junior High and Midland High School. In high school, I was active as a Varsity Cheerleader and also played basketball and volleyball. I was involved in the Student Council, serving as Vice President.
If you are ready to sell or purchase a home or commercial property, give me a call today at 432-413-4412. You'll be glad you did! I promise! Always there for you!
