I have known Tracy going back to 2011 when we purchased our home with him. He was highly recommended by someone I look up to as a young adult. If you are looking for someone you can feel comfortable with then Tracy is your guy. My wife and I had to have looked at what seemed to be 100 houses with him as we were so picky. He was as patient as anyone could have been while giving us his own opinions on each and every house. Since then I also have done business with Tracy. Tracy is someone I would love for everyone to be like in a buisness transaction. Straight shooter & honest. I would tell anyone to not hesitate to use Tracy!

Tracy came highly recommended from a family friend who said he knows his stuff and knows how to get houses sold! We have a rental property that we are looking to sell. We don’t live local and he has been great about responding to our emails, doing a drive by of the house and giving us great advice on the best times to sell and other options we have.

Tracy was referred to us when looking at a property on his road for our first home. The property was unusual in several ways, and that made us fairly needy customers. Tracy was patient, understanding, and did everything we asked of him in a timely fashion. He is no longer our realtor, but now our friendly neighbor.

Tracy was my realtor as a buyer, and he was terrific. Very patient with my pickiness and the many many properties I looked at, helpful in pointing out problems and in suggesting mortgage providers, an attorney and the various other people I needed for the closing. Highly recommended.
