Ben and Tracy are a husband wife team with over 20 years of real estate experience specializing in Jacksonville and St Johns County. Ben and Tracy owned a brokerage in WI before relocating to the area with their two children in 2013. They were drawn to the Jacksonville area for its warm climate, beautiful beaches, year-round culture, and the state’s top rated public schools. We’ve moved across the street and across the country and understand how stressful, exciting, and overwhelming the process can be!
