Tracy Hatchell

I have been a Realtor for over 18 years in the Charleston Tri-County area. I serve both residential and commercial clients. I am from this area so know it quite well. I have been married for 28 years and have three children. My husband is former USAF, former Charleston County EMS Crew Chief, and a 24 year retired North Charleston Police Sergeant and now is the Medical Coordinator for the North Charleston Fire Department. Our oldest son is a North Charleston firefighter/paramedic and is married with 2 beautiful daughters ages 3.5 and 1.5 years old. Our younger son just graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering with a specialty in Astronautics. Our daughter just graduated Trident Technical College with an Associates in Emergency Medial Technology and is a full time paramedic at Charleston County EMS. Our family attends Seacoast Church in Mt Pleasant and we love to serve our community. I have served as a Charleston County Planning Commissioner and a board member on the Charleston County BZA. I currently am a board member on the North Charleston Citizens' Advisory Commission. I have lived in the tri-county area my entire life of 53 years. I come from a military family. My father was USAF and a builder developer. My step dad is a retired 23.5 year Marine and my mother was the customer liaison to the CO at the Charleston Naval Supply Center at the old Navy Base where I too had been an employee from 1984 till the base closed.
