About Tracy

Tracy fell in love with Bellingham, WA in 2008 when she moved here from Alaska. Before that she lived in Corpus Christi, Tx for 37 years. She married her high school sweetheart and together they have two children together and a nephew they are raising. Tracy loves animals and has three dogs, 1 cat and 1 bearded dragon. Her favorite hobbies include walking her dogs, reading, shopping, exploring WA and looking at homes online. The hobby of looking at homes online is what brought her into being a real estate agent. Tracy loves to collaborate with buyers and sellers to make their dreams a reality. Tracy received her Accredited Buyer's Representative designation because she wanted to learn more about how to help her buyer clients in a more professional way. Tracy goes to classes often to keep up to date on the real estate trends and is always working to better herself for her clients. Tracy loves all areas of Whatcom and Skagit county. Each area is unique for something, and she loves finding out what is special about neighborhoods and the land surrounding them. Tracy is a real people person and loves meeting and helping people.
