Tracy Kelley

Tracy is an award-winning real estate sales associate with over 15 years of experience. She is committed to the highest professional standards, and she offers clarity and guidance to her loyal client base in all real estate dealings. She collaborates independently with the Jack Lingo, REALTOR® umbrella of real estate professionals and attributes her success to having worked side by side with Derrick Lingo for almost all her real estate career. Derrick was an associate broker, mentor, teacher, and the highest moral compass anyone could imagine. At the beginning of her real estate career in 2004, Tracy showed promise and enthusiasm for the real estate profession. She was continuously researching, creating, and working diligently on various projects. She became a full business partner in 2006 and began managing listings, sales, and marketing projects for the Derrick Lingo & Tracy Kelley Team.

Tracy currently specializes in listing and selling properties throughout Sussex County, Delaware. She concentrates strongly on the resort real estate market. She attributes her success to a solid work ethic, strong interpersonal communication skills, a willingness to grow with the ever-changing times, and over-the-top customer service. Her professional approach has served her well. Most of her business growth has come from repeat business as well as from referrals from previous clients, friends, and family.

Prior to selling real estate, Tracy worked as a technology specialist for Cape Henlopen School District. She holds a Bachelor of Science as well as a master's degree in counseling. She also did graduate level studies in information technology, and she has taught adult education classes for Cape Henlopen School District and Wilmington College.

Tracy has been a recipient of the Jack Lingo, REALTOR® Most Transactions and Top Lister awards for several years. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation as well as the E-Pro designation. Moreover, she is consistently a Five Star Award recipient.
