When we were looking for a house last summer, we worked with one guy at first who was hard to get in touch with and felt like he didn’t care one way or another. After a while, we called Tracy and we are so glad we did. Tracy walked us through around a dozen houses, sent us info and listings for probably a dozen more, and was there for us every step of the way. She was such an asset during a process that can be very daunting. She made us feel at ease, gave us advice and assistance while still keeping us at the center of the decision. She is professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and selfless. It is apparent that she is not a pushy realtor, but rather wanted us to find what was meant for us, no matter how long it took. While we didn’t find a house meant for us this time around, when we begin searching again, we are definitely calling Tracy again! 😄

It’s been a pleasure to work with Tracy from day one. One of Tracy’s great qualities is that she responds quickly. When I needed something Tracy was willing to adjust her schedule to meet my needs and took the initiative to go above and beyond what I had asked for. On top of handling all my paperwork in a professional and timely manner Tracy was able to collaborate with myself and the owner of the property to find solutions to a few bumps in the road in the process.
