Tracy took care of everything to sell my Arlington condo unit in record time (2 days) and above the asking price. It took away my anxiety and stress of the market knowing she was in charge and knew how to steer the boat. I had complete confidence that she knew not only how to manage the process every step of the way but also how to stage and present my place with an artful eye in a very pleasing, welcoming way that brought out its best features. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and good natured. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Tracy was an excellent realtor. She would always get back to us quickly when we saw a property that was of interest, was patient in dealing with frustrating situations, such as one concerning a missing lock box, and was always pleasant in all our dealing with her. We were able to purchase a condo that was located in a convenient area for work as well as having very nice views. The transaction was very smooth and handled well.

Tracy helped me buy the condo I really wanted, and during the start of the pandemic too! She negotiated on my behalf with the seller. The biggest help to me was walking through my new condo, after the home inspection, item by item. Tracy helped me understand simple maintenance items I didn’t understand.
It was a stressful time for me (mother in the hospital, moving during a pandemic, etc etc). But I got the condo I wanted and have been happy in my new digs for almost 2 years now. Thanks Tracy!!!
