Tracy is absolutely amazing- willing to work with you every step of the way with the selling process. I cannot recommend her enough. Tracy is thorough, attentive, and personable. Tracy has many qualities that make her a great realtor but her responsiveness to her clients is number one. She anticipates their needs by planning ahead, thinking through each scenario and getting the best deals for her clients. She has a vast knowledge not only of the area but of what clients are looking for, how to price appropriately and what each contract entails. Her laid back personality coupled with a great sense of humor make the process fun and as stress free as possible. I am so happy I chose her to sell my first home and would be happy to do so again!

This was my first time buying a house but Tracy Matthews made it EXTREMELY easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and answered all questions extremely quick. I was using the VA loan for the purchase and she has extensive knowledge about how it works. She had clear and easy to understand explanations for everything and was consistently going above and beyond every step of the way. I would 1000% recommend her to ANYONE looking for a home. She truly has your back the entire time and looks out for your best interest no matter what. The entire process from start to finish was very fast and organized. I can’t thank her enough for her dedication and hard work. She found the perfect house with everything I was looking for, plus more, and everything was still under my budget. Tracy Mathew sold me my second home in 2008 and assisted me with renting my rental property. We have remained in contact over the years and most recently she sold my 22 year old daughter her home in 2020. This deal couldn't have been done without the help of Tracy. She is naturally patient and really knowledgeable about real estate. She comes with a wealth of resources ie: Brokers, inspectors, lawyers, plumbers etc... she will get you the best deal. Also, she is a hands on realtor she attends Inspections and follows up with any repairs or adjustments. Tracy has a warm and comforting personality such that I consider her a friend. She is literally the best realtor I have come across . My dad had passed and I had to put his house up for sale.The house needed a lot of work and other realtors were just downright mean and told me it was basically worthless.Then tracy came and was so nice and saw the value and potential that others didn't .she was so nice and professional bit more important patient and went above and beyond working with me.The house went up and sold in 12 hours and went 40,000 over asking price . Please don't look anywhere else definitely trust her in your listing she won't let you down.I'm probably going to sell my condo very
soon and she is the only person I will ever deal with

Tracy is amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no idea what we’re were doing, she helped us so much along the way...we couldn’t have done it without losing our minds without her. She is so knowledgeable and was able to give her input/advice without us feeling like she was pressuring us or swaying our decisions. She answered our texts/calls extremely quickly no matter what time of day it was and got us in to see any house we wanted to ASAP, and also got the paperwork done when it was time to make offers ASAP. My husband and I work opposite shifts and she even accommodated us to take me/him separately on the same day if we had to. She went above and beyond in every single aspect of the process and made it way more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise. Would 100% recommend!
