OMG I'm not sure where to began. We worked with Tracy for over 9 months. She has never left our side from beginning to end. Her patience, knowledge, and expertise went along way. We don't consider her just our real estate agent but a friend. She was very honest and prompt. Through all the sadness and hopelessness my husband and endured, she managed to keep us focused. She was always there when we had a question about anything. Went out of her way several times when an issue came up and always kept us updated on what was going on. Was always nice and polite with every interaction we had with her. Was able to explain things to us when we were confused or didn't understand something. Would recommend her to everyone I know that's thinking about buying or selling a house.
