Tracy Nuetzi is based in the vibrant heart of Orlando, Central Florida, where she serves as Team Leader of The Nolan Group. In this role, she leads a team of dedicated real estate professionals committed to delivering exceptional service and results. Tracy’s real estate journey began in 2017 and has taken her through some of America’s most distinctive cities—from the historic charm of Charleston, SC, to Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, and now Orlando. Her passion for homes, design, and helping clients find the perfect fit continues to inspire her work every day.
Before launching her real estate career, Tracy built a strong foundation in hospitality, embraced the rewarding role of being a stay-at-home mom, and successfully owned and operated a restaurant in Charleston, SC. These experiences sharpened her skills in customer service, business management, and attention to detail—principles she carries into her real estate practice with care and precision.
Tracy’s transition to real estate was sparked by a major life change and her desire to pursue a career aligned with her strengths and passions. Known for her honesty, integrity, and problem-solving mindset, she approaches every transaction with creativity and diligence. Her love of architecture and interior design adds an elevated perspective to every client interaction.
