I was living in another state and I had a tenant occupied home I wanted to sell. I listed the home with Tracy, and I still can’t believe how she handled every complication- tenants had to find another rental - Tracy found them a place. My home needed clean up and touch up work- Tracy found garbage removal, cleaners, painters. Then she found buyers! So, when it was time to sell my next rental home I turned to Tracy again. This time the home had serious issues - pets destroyed carpet and wood floors, leaving an overwhelming smell, the pool was green and neglected, and much more. Tracy handled everything. She had the place on the market faster than I had imagined and it sold in one weekend. She went above and beyond. She communicated effectively, sent videos and pictures and she got my properties sold! I can’t recommend her highly enough!
