A Wilton resident since 1992, Tracy Serpa is a seasoned, 11-year real estate professional. A sitting member of the Wilton Zoning Board of Appeals and the Wilton Economic Development Commission, she is also a mother of two hometown ‘Wiltonians.’ Tracy knows first-hand the changing needs of homeowners ranging from young parents to empty nesters. She has held numerous education and community board positions with the Miller Driscoll School Silent Auction, The Taste of Wilton, the PTA Board and Bus Safety committee and the Dickinson College Admissions Volunteer Society.
She has extensive knowledge of the Wilton area towns, schools, sports, camps, performing arts, facilities, property regulations and home values. Tracy has helped many families through corporate relocations and is adept in co-brokering with agents in remote states and townships. In addition to her real estate career, Tracy has more than ten years’ business experience in publishing and sales. In her free time, she enjoys reading, skiing, watching lacrosse, watching Hokies football and spending time at the beach. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College.
