Tracy Swindell

Tracy has a wealth of knowledge of real estate and the local market. Her experience includes residential real estate development and commercial real estate lending. She received both her BA and MBA from the University of Virginia - a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Darden School. As a mother of five children and a Baltimore resident since 1972, Tracy is familiar with local schools, cultural offerings, sports, restaurants, etc. She is an active volunteer at Calvert, Gilman, and Garrison Forest schools. A member of the Guilford Garden Club, Tracy has had an eye for arranging flowers, having created her own company, Bloom! in which she is still active, although real estate is now her main focus.
