11/25/2013 - user7626173 Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Conway, AR. I have worked with Tracy on both sides of the real estate transaction. She sold our home in Catherine Place to the first buyers she showed. She also helped us to find a wonderful new home by showing us many of the homes we were interested in and several we hadn't even considered. The home we purchased was one that we would never have found on our own. There were timing issues with the home we wanted to purchase and Tracy worked very hard to make everyone happy with the extended closing. We didn't even know you could do that kind of thing. She also sold a rental property we owned the very day the sign went in the yard. Again, there were stumbling blocks with closing that Tracy worked through effortlessly. I have no doubt that her understanding of options and real estate transactions saved both of those sales. Most recently, my daughter purchased a home with Tracy's help. She was very patient with her as a first time home buyer and even helped with financing options. We love Tracy and trust her abilities and opinions.

I've been fortunate enough to have known her personally for over 20 years. She helped us buy our first home. We looked to her to sell it and it was under contract in less than 2 weeks. Then, it was time to find a new home. My husband and I had two very different ideas in what we wanted for a home. Tracy was very patient, though. I would bet she showed us about 30 houses. Well, at least it seemed like that many. She even showed houses during the terrible storms we had in the spring of 2011. It rained nearly every day, but we kept searching. When one of us loved the house but the other did not, Tracy knew exactly what to say so my husband and I could come to a decision. She was not only a great realtor, but she was also a great person to guide us through the process with professional and personal advice. I don't think we would've made it through without her.

She was my realtor when I bought my first home and when I got married and purchased my second home with my husband! When my husband and I decided to upgrade and purchase our first home together Tracy listed my house and I kid you not we had an OFFER after one day of it being on the market. She had my house under contract the FIRST WEEK it was listed (mind you I listed my house on a thursday and it was under contract by the end of that weekend) ;). She is by far the best realtor I could possibly give a recommendation to. She is very professional, very personable, and will do whatever it takes to get your house SOLD or to find you the house of your dreams. She found our home when she took us to this house that we are in now and we fell in love with it. She worked with us day and night to help us get the best deal and get the home of our dreams. Tracy made herself available to me literally at all hours of the night and she ALWAYS updated me every single time there was a change in anything or any step of the process. She remained in contact with us daily and sometimes hourly when I was being needy (I tend to be a little needy at times haha). Anyway-- if you want a fantastic realtor who is down to earth and extremely hard working, a realtor that will get the job done with no hassle, a realtor that will work day in and day night to make your dreams come true-- then you WANT to call Tracy-- she to this day is the ONLY realtor I trust with my home, or any of my future home needs!!!!

We went down there for one weekend, determined to find a house or else we would have to lease an apartment until we found one.
