Tracy is an experienced real estate professional and team leader of one of the top-selling real estate teams in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Tracy is a long-time resident of Zionsville, Indiana, and manages her satellite office, for herself and her team, in the heart of Downtown Zionsville. Her experience includes specializing in the buying, selling, and marketing of new and existing residential real estate and lot purchases. Over the years she has represented various successful developers to promote their neighborhoods and lot sales as well as custom home builders.

For over a decade, she has been the exclusive Realtor® for one of Indy’s finest custom home builders, Viewegh Crafted Homes. Since 2007, Tracy has assisted Viewegh in sales and marketing, client coordination, custom selections, and the design of luxury custom homes. In 2019, Tracy was the exclusive designer for the award-winning Home A Rama home by Viewegh Crafted Homes. As a Broker Associate and Founding Member of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty, she has been recognized as a member of the Connoisseurs Club since its inception and has been honored with the Distinguished Service Award since 2011, presented to the top producing agent in the office. She is consistently recognized in the Top 25 Real Estate Teams in the Indianapolis Business Journal and has been for over a decade.

A graduate of Brebeuf Preparatory High School and Indiana University where she was a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity, Tracy has also graduated from the Real Estate Certification program and Professional Sales Academy, she has completed numerous real estate’s continuing education courses, Beyond your Best coaching seminars and Brian Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness. Tracy’s previous successes include Top Ten Rookie of the Year, Executive Sales Club Member, Presidents Club, Realty Alliance Sales Award, recipient of the Leader of the Month Award numerous times for both Listing and Sales in Zionsville.
