Tracy Zell was so helpful in my recent home purchase. She professionally guided me through the buying process and was even able to arrange for the closing to be done remotely so that I didn’t have to make a second trip back north from my primary home in Florida. Tracy is once again my realtor; this time for the sale of my property in Salisbury. She staged my property beautifully and had photos taken of the home which I’m sure will entice prospective buyers to request a showing of my house. I really appreciate everything she has done for me!!

Second home Tracy found for us! She works hard and is very honest about potential matches..trust her so much we bought this last home (as a rental) sight unseen on her recommendation, same day she walked through it for us---this after many homes she looked at for us that were not a good fit. We are in Baltimore and she prevented wasted trips...5 stars is not enough!

Meeting Tracy was a God sent. Fate has allowed us to have the most enjoyable experience we ever had purchasing our second home. The experience was perfect no hiccups or negativity whatsoever. Tracy was attentive to our means and was spot on caring about us like we were long time family members. I will and would recommend her to anyone purchasing a home. She is incredible and jokingly I made a comment she needs to be on a billboard as the only realtor to call when thinking about purchasing. Hats off to you Tracy for just being PERFECT for us!!

We would highly recommend Tracy Zell as your real estate agent. She is professional, organized, has a pleasant personality, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Her amazing service and attention to detail made us feel like we were her only clients. Tracy made herself available for any questions and responded promptly to our inquires.

We had a good experience working with Tracy. She responded quickly when we asked questions. She’s been working in the area for a while, and knows lots of other agents, so she was able to find out about upcoming listings as they were happening and get in for showings as soon as they were listed. Since we were from out of town, Tracy would visit listings we wanted to see, and then FaceTime us or send videos to review. She was fast with paperwork and worked hard to help us find a house we love in a really competitive environment. I would definitely recommend using Tracy Zell!

She is very knowledgeable in the real estate profession, and was able to guide us through the the process which took much longer due to the Covid shutdown. However, she did not deter, and was able to persevere to get the final sale at the price point we were poking for.
