Trang was AMAZING to work with. We have bought and sold homes before both in Colorado and in California and she outshone anyone else we’ve ever worked with before. Trang helped us sell our home in Centennial and purchase a home in Evergreen with a contingent offer! A feat that I truly thought would be impossible in a market with interest rates like these! AND we closed on both properties on the same day. Truly a real estate miracle!

Her communication skills were excellent—she was always available and attentive. She is one of the hardest working women I have ever met and worked tirelessly to get our deals done. She is intelligent and intuitive and was able to foresee potential issues before they arose and manage them. She is open minded and willing to think outside of the box. She was patient when the frustrating times arose (as the always do in real estate transactions) and would not take no for an answer when it came to closing our deals.

She also makes incredibly beautiful marketing videos that are truly Hollywood grade productions!

And most importantly, she truly cares about her clients and wants what’s best for them and will work tirelessly to make that happen. If you are lucky enough to work with Trang, you won’t be disappointed!

Trang helped my son and daughter in law sell their house and buy a new one. They were very happy with her service so my wife and I decided to also have her help us buy a vacant lot that we are interested in building on here in the mountains. Not only was she very responsive and helpful from the purchasing standpoint but she was also very helpful in providing us helpful leads and hints on contractors we could use when we get to the building stage. With 11 days from acceptance to closing, she was instrumental in getting all of the pieces together for us to close smoothly in this short time frame. I wouldn't usually post a review of the realtor on the opposite side of a transaction but Trang went beyond the call of duty to get this deal done for both her clients (sellers) and me. She worked very smoothly with my realtor through the offer/acceptance/contract phase; I thought it was all downhill from there. But wait! Then the fun really started, my lender's underwriter started presenting more and more hoops to jump through, many that had already been jumped through! Through it all, Trang stayed calm, working very closely with both my realtor and the lender (both of whom also sang her praises), agreed to a slight delay in closing, and helped to finally get the deal done. Phew! A few days later, Trang stopped by while I was settling in with a bottle of wine to congratulate me on the return of sanity to my life - reminder, she was the other party's realtor! All in all, I couldn't recommend Trang any more highly as a professional, caring, get-it-done realtor for your buying or selling needs!

When we were looking for a realtor to sell our property in Bailey, Colorado, Trang came highly recommended by a personal friend. She exceeded all our expectations during the transaction. Trang is a go-getter. Before the house even went on the market, she helped us get it prepped by advertising our estate sale, helping us sell personal property items, and recommending contractors to help get the house ready for the market. Once listed, she kept in constant communication with feedback from showings. When the offers started coming in, she was a schrewd negotiator and got us over asking price, and the house sold "as is." She is very knowledgable with Colorado real estate law, knows the ins and outs of the real estate purchase contract, and knows the requirements of Park County. She kept us informed of the buyer's side of the deal, by keeping in contact with their agent and lender, so there were no surprises or delays. One of her best traits, however, is remaining cool under pressure. She is always up beat and positive, which is so nice when you are dealing with the other stresses of moving or relocating. I cannot say enough good things about her. If you need to sell your house in the Bailey, Conifer, Evergreen area, use the local expert, Trang Jannick. Trang sets a high bar for other real estate agents. We were moving from out of state during the pandemic. She showed up for us consistently and is incredibly professional & kind. There were a number of complicated/detailed situations that came up during the process of buying for us. Trang was on it. If I could give Trang seven stars I would! Relocating from the east coast, during a pandemic, in an extreme sellers market was quite a process and I truly believe we wouldn’t be where we are without Trang. I’ll make this easy for you, here are five reasons why you must work with Trang:
1. Expertise: Trang was always there to answer every one of my many questions. She educated us on the intricacies of purchasing real estate in Colorado. After it was all done I felt like I had earned a graduate degree in competitive Colorado home buying.
2. Communication: Trang is on her game. I don’t know how she does it. She was living the process with us. She communicated continuously, especially through the most critical parts of the process.
3. Network: Trang has a great local network of other contacts. This was very helpful since we were moving from out of state. Trang went above and beyond to connect us with great people to make sure all aspects of this move were set in motion.
4. Competitive spirit: This market is so competitive and Trang is ready to go to battle with you. She knows how to stand out from the crowd, when to be aggressive, and when you use finesse. She is wise beyond her years. If I can give you one piece of advice it is to heed all of Trang’s advice if you want to land a house.

I had the pleasure of working with Trang while searching for a house in Jefferson and Park counties Colorado. I found Trang while looking through homes on Zillow. Once I found a home I truly liked, I clicked on a link asking her to contact me and received a call within 5 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised and took this as a sign of how responsive she would be to my real estate needs and I was right!

I spoke with a few realtors prior to contacting Trang and found her to be the most professional and kind by taking the time to understand my desires in a house and neighborhood with a limited budget.
