Travell is amazing! That’s it, that’s all you need to know! In all seriousness, we would not have the house we have today if it wasn’t for Travell. We were looking to upgrade our current home to a larger home. We went back and forth with a new build and an existing more updated home. We even went as far as putting an offer in for a home and putting a deposit down on a new build. Our offer wasn’t accepted, so were going to move forward with the new build, although we weren’t 100% sure about it since it wouldn’t be ready until spring 2022. Travell noticed our hesitation and assured us that she would find us a house in time to start the new school year for our son, so we walked away from the new build. We found another home that we liked in the perfect neighborhood. Although Travell was on vacation, she had us meet with her colleague to tour the home, which afterwards we wanted to put an offer down. Travell was always within reach by phone and by email, even while on vacation. She was able to put together an offer on the house, which we honestly thought we weren’t going to get, and won! She called us right away to tell us the good news and my wife and I were shocked! Travell was instrumental in getting us our home. Her assurance put us at ease when the housing market was a very stressful environmentto be in. There aren’t enough words of praise to describe her. She’s awesome and will continue to recommend her to anyone we know that is looking for a realtor!

I don't think I have enough good things to say about Travell Bowie. She truly is one-of-a-kind and I could not be more satisfied in having her guide me through my first ever home buying experience. She is incredibly patient, professional, and is always available to respond to your questions and concerns. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you get everything you're looking for in a home, and is very honest in helping you make the best decision for your own unique situation. After two long years under-contract due to construction delays on my property that was out of our control, she stood by my side from beginning to end. I'm forever grateful to Travell for such a positive agent-client experience and will undoubtedly use her again, as well as recommend her to anyone I know. My real estate agent, Travell, was incredibly helpful and always responsive. She was recommended to me by a good friend, and I am grateful for how knowledgeable and engaged she was in helping me find a home. It felt like a partnership. While I would look at the cosmetic things, she was able to look at the various structures of the building and provide feedback on cost estimates from her experience in the market as well as general guidance when looking for a home. As a first time home buyer that was incredibly helpful. It was also helpful that it didn't feel like I was pressured into making a decision, and Travell was never pushy or tried to force me out of my comfort zone. I appreciate the fact that Travell and team sets you up for success by providing guidance on local vendors to help w/ all steps of the process as well as a list of loan companies, inspectors, etc. that they actively work with. Overall, I would recommend Travell to anyone who's out there looking for a house. The team was amazing to work with, very engaging, very friendly and made me feel confident I made the right choice in buying a home.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. With that being said, Travell was by far the best agent me and my wife could ever ask for. She responded almost immediately to every question we had and was always there to help. She made our home buying experience super easy. 100% recommended.
