We had such a positive.....actually AMAZING.....experience with our home purchase through Berkshire Hathaway. Hats off to Travis Alexander who did all the heavy lifting with our mortgage company when there were snags getting appraisals. He smiled and moved full speed ahead in making it all come together with the mortgage company, sellers, inspections, and us. He choreographed such a positive experience for us that we are now in early conversations for him to find the perfect home for a family member wanting to relocate to the Shawnee area.
